Rob Hartz

Rob Hartz is best known for his work over the past 20 years as an executive coach and facilitator of Interactive Leadership. He has taught leadership in dozens of organizations including two Fortune 10 companies and served on the editorial board of Organizational Dynamics. Rob has coached several hundred leaders in healthcare, consulting, education and financial services. His clients describe him as insightful, a patient listener, and deeply committed to helping leaders attain strong outcomes with their clients and with the people they lead.

 

His current research helps explain the positive link between leader thoughts and actions and organizational outcomes that can be called transformative. His network of collaborators includes other experts in organizational development, researchers, psychologists, philosophers, and leaders who have effectively transformed their organizations. His primary interest is in helping leaders and their organizations develop an emerging capacity to be both resilient and “change ready”.

Kathy Lubar

Kathy Lubar, Co-author of the best-selling book, Leadership Presence: Dramatic Techniques to Reach out, Motivate, and Inspire, offers her clients the experience of coach, teacher, leader, and actress. Kathy co-founded The Ariel Group, a global leadership development company, and served as its President for twenty years. As an educator, Kathy has worked with a wide variety of students, including business professionals, lawyers, teachers, actors, and women prisoners. Kathy has been practicing mindfulness meditation for over forty years.  She has taught mindfulness to adults, primarily to leaders in the corporate setting, but also to students on meditation retreats and to students and teachers in schools.

Sanjeev Dahal

Sanjeev Dahal is a PhD Scholar in Social Work at Boston College, USA and a researcher at CIES-IUL, Centre for Studies and Research in Sociology, ISCTE-IUL, Portugal. He completed Erasmus Mundus European Masters in Social Work with Families and Children in 2016. He also earned a Masters in Social Work from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai in 2010 with a specialization in Community Organisation and Development Practice.

Dahal has served in leading capacities in several organizations including Director, Nepal Orphans Home (January –December, 2017), Associate Director, Thames International College, Kathmandu (April, 2012-August, 2014), President, Rotaract Club of Dillibazar (July, 2005- June, 2006). He has been a faculty of social work at various colleges in Kathmandu, Nepal since 2010. 

Dahal is interested in training and development in relation to capacity building of individuals and organizations. He is an advisor to several youth based organizations including the Rotaract Club of Dillibazar, Canopy Nepal and Urban Youth for Rural Children. He is also a founding member of Shodh, a research based NGO.

Lucas

Juan Pablo A. Sánchez King aka Lucas is generative systems designer and a personal transformation facilitator. He has worked for the last 20 years as an advisor to entrepreneurs and organizations. Lucas has a multidisciplinary background in Industrial Engineering, an MBA in Marketing from the The Center for Technical and Higher Education (CETYS Universidad) and an MSc. Cultural-Biology from Instituto Matriztica (lead by Biologist Humberto Maturana) and Universidad Mayor, Santiago Chile. Lucas is a PhD. scholar from Boston College, USA and the Western Institute of Technology and Higher Education, Guadalajara, México. His action-research is focused on cultural and organizational transformation grounded on living systems theory, systemic laws and an experiential learning game platform that he has been developing for the last 6 years. He is a life coach and Sherpa and guides entrepreneurs through the biology of desires and the biology of love.
